Today I have decided that I am going to start what I am calling a "healthy binge!"
No alcohol, no cigarettes, no fried/greasy/fatty/bad for me food, for one week. Thats the goal. (Easter candy in moderation does not count as bad for me food, just to clarify.)
I'm not going to give up my coffee or my diet coke, I dont want to turn into a monster after all, but I am focusing on a protein rich, low sugar, low(ish) carb, veggie full, diet. We'll see how it goes!
So far this morning: Special K protein plus cereal with skim milk and an AE Peach greek yogurt.
Not a bad start.
Off to clean my house and then go for a long run.
